I offer pool cage, porch, lania, patio enclosure, and home window screening replacement services primarily.  I DO NOT take on any new fabrication requests.  However for your home window screens that have been either damaged, destroyed, or never came with the house; No Worries! I DO fabricate beautiful new home window screens/frames, and they're priced to give my customers the best product at a price real tough to beat.

Rommel is my dog.. He is a rescue Pit Bull and certified ESD.  Sometimes when I do repair services for my customers, its no big deal that he gets to come with me to work, lay by the truck, enjoy the sun and relax... If you don’t mind that I bring him when I come to complete the job.. I will give a $25.00/day discount on the final price (if he comes with me every day on a 3 day full ReScreen job.. it would be $75.00 off the final price, etc.) ..because it means that much to me.  Just say “Don’t forget to bring Rommel with you!”  either  when you’re approving the estimate or scheduling your service call with me.

I DO.. although I don’t install new screen door framing, if you are just wanting to remove and install a new screen door to replace a damaged existing door..  not only can I take care of that for you but most times I am able overhaul the entire door situation for the customer and it only costs half the price of  a new door purchase.

Absolutely.. I can install any screen material into any screen accepted locations / framing.. always using the correct required spline needed to complete the job.. Any Screen Any Spline__even if it’s the old stapled-hung style - I AM professionally experienced to complete,  and EVERY service that I perform is guaranteed for 5 years.

I DO NOT .. I try my best to give my customers the best job at the cheapest price always;  the best price I offer for my service is given to you in the beginning, on the estimate, first time.

I offer a five year warranty on everything I do.. This includes the integrity of any & all materials I use.

   If there are any errors in the quality of the overall screen job appearance or performance within 5 yrs of the date on your invoice and that may have derived from  mistakes I made during installation. (Spline falling out.. causing the screening  to fall out of the panel, or causing the screen to not properly keep  insects and/or debris from getting into the screen enclosure ) Call me and I will  come redo the defected screening all new 100% .. and of course.. completely free.

    Any damage that is caused by stray cats, lizards, squirrels, swirly little kids,  dogs running through, cats carving up with nails, and any ‘acts of god’ (hurricane, tornado, falling hail, tree limbs flying through) is not covered under the warranty and the repair service will be at full price.  
  * I’d also like to add that I’m starting my 7th year in business, and I’m proud to say that all my materials used on all my customer‘s repairs, are American made and have never been scrutinized once for a warranty call; also I have never been called and/or asked one time to do an 'installer's error' warranty service call; due to any mistakes made or poor quality work performed by myself.  Never.. not because i'm lucky but because I take pride in my business and the work I do for my customers in Lake County Florida.. always.. everytime

Absolutely! 

 *I do not repair minor damaged screens with small patches of screen glued over the existing minor damaged screening; or the art of covering small holes  with the the technique of spot-gluing small pieces of new screen over the holes that were made by the lizards or local Lake County rabid squirrels,. If you are wanting to go this route for your screen repair, they sell the patch kits at Home Depot, yes they do work good enough, are any of your neighbors or your spouse going to take time to bust your chops on the final appearance and quality of your repair? 50/50 and the cost of the repair was pennies compared to professional screen service.. and an understandable decision made.. However every job performed and completed by myself will be using new materials all around & are used every time Plus the materials used for jobs performed by Screens by Schultz are always used from my inventory, from my supplier, and guaranteed for 5yrs.                                 

My prices are set depending on the location of where the panel is that needs to ReSccreened multiplied by the square footage of the screen panel to be fixed.  The cost per SqFt depends on the screen style you choose or that is required for me to use so it matches with the rest of the enclosure's screen style that's being repaired. 

Yes.. there is a $50.00 minimum charge for any screen repair I show up to do.  So yes, if you are only wanting your screen door ReScreened, it will cost you $50.00, and not the $32.00 that I normally charge for this service amongst other repairs.  If you have only one lower panel that needs to be replaced.. yes it will be $50.00 for the service call instead of the normal $1.60 per Sq Ft ($30.00).  Other than those two situations, There's no need to worry about minimum service cost or fees, because 95% of screens that need replacing  cost above the $50.00 minimum fee anyways

I am able to start working on your job, after your approval of the estimate, sometime between the next day and a week for the majority of the year.  Whenever a storm blows through or a hurricane grinds through causing an immense amount of damage to Lake County's screen enclosures, can my customers expect to have to wait longer for me to get their estimates done and/or return to perform/complete the job after approving their estimate.. and there's no just no way to know until the moment arrives.. every storm is unique to itself, so the amount of damage or shit that hits the fan and its effect on the volume of my incoming business calls and/or my schedule timing can only be answered after a storm hits us.  When Hurricane Nicole hit us a couple  years ago, all my calls were returned within 2-3 days, and It was  a  2-3 week wait time for me to get to most of my customers (from the time of their call or left message__till when i was able to get their estimates and/or screen repairs done)  

I do all home window screen repairs and custom fabrications for new home window screens at my shop located on West Crooked Lake in Eustis. 

   I DO NOT remove or install the window screens that I service for my customers.. the home owner is required to remove & install their own home window screens themselves. **This is non negotiable**  Customers wanting me to service their window screens have the options to either dropping off & picking up the screens from my shop themselves.. OR  have them out and ready for me to personally pick up and then return to you when the job is finished.. however wanting me to take time to personally chauffeur your home window screens to and from my shop, where they get repaired & serviced will include an additional charge of $25.00. 

A 25% deposit is Required only after estimate approvals on complete cage ReScreens, or Large Jobs lika ReScreening the entire top  of an enclosure, Back Walls, or Large Sq footage jobs that will cost around $1000 and up. 

   I will also require a 25% deposit when a job requires the  use of special or custom style screens, like Solar screen, Glas-Shield, Privacy screen, or  BetterVue screen, which has to be ordered and delivered before I can start on your screen repair job.

*Whenever I collect a deposit from a client.. the remainder of the bill (75%) will be due immediately upon the completion and final inspection of the finished work that I have  performed & completed for you.

Being paid in cash is always welcomed but the price for my services are not negotiable.. even when receiving payment with cash..  However, it's always very appreciated!
