Often replacing the door hinges does wonders for the mechanics of your door opening/closing properly.   The crud buildup in the hinges affects the doors performance; however, majority of the times my customers are having issues with their doors it is due to the hinges being bent.  Even just a little bend effects the doors alignment to function properly; making the customer think they have a larger & more expensive problem than they truly do.

Kit includes NEW outer & inner handles, door closer, mounts, hardware & mounting brackets, closing latch

A better quality solution to keep pests from coming into your enclosure from under the door (same function as a bug sweep), also provides a quality stop for the door and keeping water from coming in.

This service includes the removal and new replacement of 1/8” aircraft grade cable, stainless steel eye hook, washers & nuts, mounting bracket, screws holding bracket to enclosure, and re adjustment of guide cables to assure the enclosure is fastened true to the house so not to tear off causing home gutter or soffit damage.

The lower tap-con bolts are very important to the enclosure staying securely fastened to your decking. (not the cables as most home owners assume) Whether the old bolts  have broken off completely, the head of the bolds have worn down from weathering - due to time and weathering here in Florida’s relentless environment conditions, or if the existing bolts have backed out some, showing signs of weakness and soon to be failures.
